Clinicify has three plans. Every plan includes every feature. The plans differ only in how many seats and patient records they allow.

Prices are per clinic and exclude VAT. VAT is added when you pay. See Invoices, VAT and payment details.
Annual billing
Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10, which is why the plans page shows 2 months free next to Annual. You pay once a year.
Seats
- Owners and practitioners each use a seat. On the plans page this shows as “Up to 1 practitioner”, “Up to 3 practitioners” and so on.
- Receptionists are free and don’t use a seat. You can add as many as you need.
Patient records
The patient limit counts every patient on your clinic’s record, including past patients. When you reach your limit, you’re told, and you need to move up a plan to add new patients. Existing patients are never affected. See Patient limits on your plan.
What every plan includes
Every feature in Clinicify is on every plan, including online booking, forms and consent, treatment records, lab results, patient questions, CQC tools, payments and integrations. Text messages and emails to patients are included too.
Clinicify takes no percentage of the payments your patients make to you.

Larger practices
If you need more than 10 seats or 2,000 patient records, or you run several sites, select Contact us on the Enterprise card on the plans page, or get in touch.
Good to know
- Only the clinic owner can choose or change the plan.
- Subscriptions are available to UK-based clinics.
