Keep your Outlook calendar. Lose the double bookings
If your week runs through Outlook and Microsoft 365, keep it that way. Clinicify checks when you are busy so patients cannot book over it, and adds your clinic appointments to your calendar as "Clinic appointment".
Many practitioners work across a clinic and somewhere else: an NHS role, a second clinic, a teaching commitment. Most of that lives in Outlook.
When the clinic diary cannot see it, it is the patient who finds the clash.
What changes
- Patients cannot book over your other commitments
Busy times in Outlook are blocked on your booking page.
- Clinic time sits beside everything else
Appointments appear in your Outlook calendar as "Clinic appointment".
- Patients get a diary that is right first time
No rebooking calls because a slot turned out to clash.
What each side can see
- Clinicify only sees whether you are busy or free. It never reads the title, location, attendees or notes of your events.
- Your calendar only ever shows "Clinic appointment": no patient name, no treatment.
- Each practitioner connects their own Microsoft account.
The detail, briefly
- Works with Outlook calendars on Microsoft 365.
- Reads busy and free times only.
- Writes each appointment as "Clinic appointment", with no patient or treatment details.
- Connected by each practitioner.
Connecting it
Each practitionerEach practitioner connects their own Microsoft account in a couple of clicks, and can disconnect whenever they like.
