Features
Photos, consent and notes, in the same place
Photos on a phone, consent in a drawer, notes in a third place: that is how the detail that matters goes missing. In Clinicify the treatment record holds all of it, attached to the appointment.
The record gets treated as the thing you do afterwards, once the interesting part is over.
It is not admin. It is your evidence if anything is ever questioned, your continuity when the same patient returns in four months, and in aesthetics it is the before and after that shows what you can do.
Spread across a phone, a drawer and a spreadsheet, it is none of those things.
What changes
- One record per treatment
Photos, consent, what was administered and the aftercare are attached to the appointment, rather than filed separately and matched up later by memory.
- Mark exactly what you did, and where
Aesthetic treatments can be marked on a face diagram, point by point, with the doses totalled for the session.
- Patients can see their progress
Photos and aftercare can be shared to the portal. Clinical notes and treatment maps cannot, so what a patient sees is the part that is theirs.
Are patient photos safe
Photos are stored privately and served only to your team and the patient they belong to. Taking them needs the patient's recorded photography consent.
Patients never see your clinical notes or your treatment maps.
The detail, briefly
- A treatment record created when an appointment is completed
- Aesthetic tools: photos, a photography consent signature, annotation points and a dose map
- General records: clinical notes and aftercare
- A per-appointment-type option to keep records out of patient history
- The patient portal shows photos and aftercare only
- Files are served only to clinic members or the patient they belong to
