The Zoom link arrives with the booking

Patients already know how to use Zoom. When they book a video appointment, Clinicify creates the meeting on your Zoom account and puts the link in their confirmation, so you never make or send a link again.

The link is created at booking and travels in the confirmation, so there is no moment when someone has to remember to send it.
The real problem

Video consultations rarely go wrong in the consultation. They go wrong five minutes before: the link was not sent, went to junk, or was for the wrong day.

Take the link out of human hands and that stops.

What changes

  • The meeting is made for you

    A Zoom meeting is created on your account the moment a video appointment is booked.

  • The patient has the link straight away

    It is in their booking confirmation and calendar entry, using an app they already know.

  • Cancel, and it is tidied up

    Cancelling the appointment removes the Zoom meeting.

Private by default

  • Meetings are created with the waiting room on, so you let the patient in.
  • Meeting titles never include the patient's name or treatment.
  • If a link cannot be made at the moment of booking, the booking still goes through. Clinicify tries again and emails the patient the link once it is ready.
