One diary, not three
When your clinic diary does not know about your personal calendar, patients get booked into your school run. Connect Google or Microsoft 365 and the times you are busy stop being bookable.
Being booked over is not a scheduling mistake. It is two diaries that have never been introduced.
The obvious fix is to merge them, and it is the wrong one. Your clinic diary has no business knowing where you were on Saturday, and your family calendar has no business knowing who you are treating on Tuesday.
They need to share exactly one thing: busy, or free.
What changes
- No bookings on top of your life
Busy time in your personal calendar takes those slots off your booking page.
- Clinic time shows up where you already look
Each appointment appears in your own calendar, so the diary you check over breakfast is the complete one.
- Nothing private crosses either way
Clinicify never sees what your personal events are, and your calendar never learns who you are seeing or what for.
What actually crosses over
Clinicify reads whether you are busy or free. Never the title, the location or the attendees of an event.
What it writes back is a block called Clinic appointment, with no patient name and no treatment in it, so it is safe on a lock screen or a shared family calendar.
The detail, briefly
- Google Calendar and Microsoft 365, connected by each practitioner
- Busy and free times are read from the personal calendar, and busy times block availability
- Each appointment is published to that calendar as Clinic appointment, with no patient or treatment details
Especially useful for practitioner-led clinics .
