Security you can explain to a patient, or an inspector
Patients hand you some of the most private information they have. Clinicify encrypts it, limits who can see it, records every access, and keeps it for as long as the law says and no longer.
Security is the one part of the product you hope never to notice. It is less a feature than the reason you never have a very bad day.
It is also the answer you want ready when a patient asks who can see their notes, or when an inspector asks the same question in different words.
What changes

Every view and every change to a patient record is written to an audit trail.
- Signing in takes more than a password
SMS two-factor sign-in, with the option to trust a device for 30 days, which you can switch off across the clinic for shared machines.
How long any of it is kept
Records are retained in line with UK guidance: eight years after last treatment for adults, and for children until their 25th birthday, or their 26th if they were 17 when treatment ended. After that they are removed.
Your clinic's data can be exported in full at any time. AI features run with no patient information stored by the provider.
