What does an empty chair cost you?

That is £600 a month, or £7,200 a year, in appointments that did not happen.

Your Team plan costs £129 a month. If booking fees and reminders saved you 1 missed appointment a month, it would pay for itself.

About 400 texts a month. At a typical per-text rate, that is £20 a month, or £240 a year. With Clinicify it is included.

    Try everything with your own clinic before you pay anything. You add payment details when you choose a plan, not before.

  • Change plan whenever you need to

    Moving up applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down waits until your renewal, so you never lose what you have paid for.

  • Nothing changes without your say-so

    You see every plan change and what it will cost before it happens, and you confirm it yourself.

  • Cancel whenever you like, keep what you have paid for

    Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current term: the end of the month on a monthly plan, the end of the year on an annual one. You keep full access until then.

  • Your data is safe if you walk away

    If you do not continue after the trial, your account is paused and your data is kept for 90 days, then deleted.

More than ten practitioners, or more than one site?

Larger practices are priced through a conversation rather than a self-serve plan. Messages are still included and there is still no credit wallet to top up.

What Clinicify does for a larger practice

Questions before you start

Do receptionists need a seat?
No. Seats are for owners and practitioners who see patients. Receptionists are free, and you can add as many as you need.
What counts as a patient record?
Every patient on your record, past patients included, because clinical records have to be kept for years. Solo covers up to 150, Team covers up to 500 and Scale covers up to 2,000. We will let you know when you reach your limit. Your existing patients are never affected; to add new ones, you move up a plan.
Are messages really included?
Yes. Confirmations, reminders, results notifications and more, by SMS and email, with no credits and no top-ups.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. You can add your VAT number there.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. You get 14 days with everything, and you only add payment details when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to carry on. If you do not, your account is paused and your data is kept for 90 days, then deleted.
How does cancelling work?
Cancel whenever you like and it takes effect at the end of your current term. On a monthly plan that is the end of the month you have paid for; on an annual plan, the end of the year you have paid for. You keep full access until then.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Moving to annual applies straight away. Moving to monthly takes effect at your renewal.
What if we grow?
Move up a plan at any time and it applies straight away. Everything carries over: same records, same history, nothing to migrate.
Do you work with clinics outside England?
Clinicify is for UK clinics. Checks and records work UK-wide. The CQC reporting is for clinics in England, and reporting for the other UK regulators is on the way.
