Get paid at booking, reconcile without retyping
Chasing payments and copying them into your accounts afterwards is work nobody went into healthcare to do. Clinicify takes payment through your own Stripe account and sends every clinic transaction to Xero.
Late payment gets filed as a money problem. It is a friction problem.
Take the payment at the moment the patient decides, while they are committed and their card is already out, and the chasing never starts. Wait until afterwards and you have created a debt, a reminder and an awkward conversation.
Month end is the same story in a different room. Nobody should be retyping transactions from one system into another.
What changes
- Paid at the point of commitment
Booking fees and payments are taken when the patient books, rather than invoiced and chased once the appointment is over.
- The money is yours, directly
Your clinic is the merchant of record and payouts go straight to your own Stripe account. Clinicify never holds your money.
- Reconciling becomes matching
Clinic transactions go to Xero as they happen, so month end is ticking things off rather than typing them in.
Who holds the money
You do. Payments go to your own Stripe account and Clinicify is never in the middle of them.
Transactions only go one way, into Xero. Clinicify reads your chart of accounts and tax rates to set the connection up, and it never changes anything already in your accounts, including what you have reconciled.

- Stripe payments on your clinic's own account, with your clinic as merchant of record
- Booking fees, balance payments and no-show fees
- Refunds and receipts
- A one-way Xero sync for transactions: clinic payments and refunds go out to Xero, and nothing already there is changed
