Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time, and back to monthly at your next renewal.

Before you start

  • Only the clinic owner can change billing.
  • You need an active subscription.

Steps

  1. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Billing.
  2. Select Annual or Monthly above the plans.
  3. On your current plan, select Switch to annual or Switch to monthly.
  4. Stripe shows you the change and what you’ll pay. Check it and confirm.
  5. You’re taken back to the Billing page.

What happens next

Monthly to annual

The switch applies straight away. Your annual billing starts now, and you pay the annual price less a credit for the unused part of your current month.

Annual to monthly

The switch applies at the end of your current year, and nothing is charged today. The Current subscription card shows a reminder, for example “Changing to Team (monthly) on 1 March 2027”. Until then, you stay on annual billing.

Good to know

  • You can change plan and billing period together. Moving up a plan and switching to annual both apply straight away.
  • You can’t move up a plan and switch from annual to monthly in one step. Either upgrade now and stay on annual billing, or switch your current plan to monthly first and upgrade once that has taken effect at renewal.
  • On the plans page, annual prices show the full 12-month price struck through, so you can see the saving.
  • Switching to annual doesn’t change your seats or patient limit. Those depend on the plan, not the billing period.
