Choose a plan

Choose a plan to keep using Clinicify after your free trial. You can do this at any point during the trial, or after it has ended.

Before you start

• Only the clinic owner can choose a plan.
• Your clinic’s address needs to be in the UK. Subscriptions are available to UK-based clinics only.
• Have a payment card and your billing address ready. If your business is VAT-registered, have your VAT number too.

Steps

1. Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and select Billing. You can also select Upgrade in the trial banner at the top of the page.
2. Choose Monthly or Annual. Annual billing shows 2 months free.
3. Find the plan you want and select Choose.
4. On the secure Stripe checkout page, enter your payment details and billing address. Add your VAT number or a promotion code if you have one.
5. Complete the payment. You’re taken back to the Billing page.

What happens next

Your subscription can take a few seconds to show on the Billing page. Once it does, the Current subscription card shows your plan and the date it renews, and the trial banner goes away.

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. After that, you’re billed each month or each year on the same date.

Good to know

• If your clinic already has more practitioners or patients than a plan allows, that plan shows Not enough capacity and can’t be chosen. Hover over the button to see why.
• Every plan includes every feature, so the choice comes down to seats and patient records. See Plans and pricing.
• If you leave the Stripe page without paying, you’ll see “Checkout cancelled - no charge made.”
• If your trial has already ended, choosing a plan restores full access straight away, and your clinic is no longer scheduled for deletion.
• If the page says Subscriptions are UK-only for now, check the country in your clinic details. See Update your clinic details.
