Your CQC evidence dashboard
- Everyone
On this page
The Reports & CQC evidence page turns the checks you record into graphs mapped to the CQC Single Assessment Framework. It’s built for clinics in England. Use it to spot gaps before they become problems and to show an inspector how you monitor safety and quality.
Select CQC in the sidebar, or Reports on the Compliance checks page. Everyone on your team can see it.
Choose a reporting window
Use the selector at the top right to show 90 days, 1 year or All time. The window applies to everything on the page. All time includes any past periods you back-filled from paper.
Single Assessment Framework
Five tiles show one result for each CQC key question: Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led.
- Safe, Effective, Responsive and Well-led show a compliance rate: passed records divided by records that have a pass/fail outcome, for checks linked to that key question. Under the rate you’ll see how many checks and records it’s based on.
- Caring shows your average patient satisfaction score out of 5 and the number of responses, from the patient satisfaction survey.
Colours give a quick read:
| Colour | Checks | Caring |
|---|---|---|
| Green | 95% or more | 4.0 or more |
| Amber | 80% to 94% | 3.0 to 3.9 |
| Red | Below 80% | Below 3.0 |
A tile shows ”-” when there’s nothing to score yet in the window.
Patient feedback
This section shows your overall satisfaction score and a bar for each survey question, so you can see which parts of the patient experience score best and worst.
Below the scores, Comments lists what patients wrote in the survey’s comment box during the reporting window, newest first (up to 50). Each comment shows the date and that response’s average score, and nothing that identifies the patient. If nobody left a comment in the window, you’ll see No written comments in this period.
Per-check trends
Each check you run gets its own card with its compliance percentage and number of records:
- Checks with a temperature or number field show a line graph of the readings, with the acceptable range shaded where one is set. A fridge temperature check, for example, shows every reading against the 2–8°C band.
- Other checks show a pass or fail bar for each record.
What counts
- Only checks that are currently switched on appear. If you switch a check off, it drops out of this page, though its records are kept.
- Checks without a CQC key question (custom checks left as ”-”) appear in the trends but not in the five tiles.
- Records from checks with no pass/fail rules count as records but don’t change the rate.
Good to know
- The dashboard reflects what you’ve recorded in Clinicify. It supports your evidence; it doesn’t predict or guarantee a CQC rating.
- There’s no export button on this page. For documents to hand over, print your governance reports. A full copy of your check records is included when you export your clinic’s data.
- The key questions are CQC’s, which regulates in England. Checks work UK-wide, and reporting for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland is on the way. See Clinics outside England.
