Booking analytics

Booking analytics shows how often each of your treatments is booked, so you can see what’s popular and what might need more promotion. It shows booking counts only, with no money, so everyone on the team can see it.
Where to find it
Select Bookings in the left sidebar, then select Analytics. The page is called Booking analytics.
What it shows
The summary line
Under the page title, a line gives the total number of bookings and how many active appointment types you have.
Treatment popularity
A bar chart with one bar per active appointment type, most-booked first. Types that have never been booked are included with a count of 0.
Consider promoting
Up to three of your least-booked treatments, listed with their booking counts. They’re treatments booked far less than your most popular one, so they may be worth advertising. The panel only appears when some treatments are booked less than others.
What’s counted
- Every appointment for an active appointment type, from the day your clinic started using Clinicify. There’s no date filter.
- Online bookings and bookings your team makes are both counted.
- Cancelled appointments aren’t counted. Pending, confirmed, completed and no-show appointments are.
- Inactive appointment types and appointments with no type aren’t shown.

Owners also see a Revenue and insights button, which opens Insights with revenue by treatment and by practitioner. See Clinic insights.
