Clinicify has one sidebar for getting around and one account menu for your settings. This article shows where things live.

The sidebar

The sidebar on the left is always there. At the top is the Clinicify logo, which takes you back to your Dashboard. Under it you’ll see your clinic’s name and logo, and which view you’re in (for example Owner view).

The main links are grouped into three sections:

SectionLinks
ClinicDashboard, Bookings, Insights (owners only)
CarePatients, Lab Results, Q&A Queue, Aesthetics (owners and practitioners only, apart from Patients)
ComplianceChecks, CQC

You only see the links your role can use. Receptionists don’t see Lab Results, Q&A Queue or Aesthetics. If you open a page your role can’t use, for example from a link someone sent you, you’ll see Your role can’t do this with the reason and a Back to dashboard button. See Owners, practitioners and receptionists: who can do what.

Collapse the sidebar

On a computer or tablet, select Collapse at the bottom of the sidebar to shrink it to a row of icons and give the page more room. Hover over an icon to see its name. Select the same button again to expand it. Clinicify remembers your choice in that browser.

Your account menu

Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu. It shows your name and role, and these options:

  • My settings: your profile, availability, notifications and security.
  • Clinic settings (owners only): your clinic’s details, team, scheduling, integrations and data.
  • Billing (owners only): your Clinicify plan.
  • Theme: choose Light, Dark, or System to follow your device’s setting.
  • Sign out.

Settings

Settings have their own menu on the left, split into groups: Your preferences, Team & access, Clinic, Scheduling, Integrations, Data & privacy and Billing. Practitioners and receptionists see Your preferences and their own calendar and video connections under Integrations. Receptionists don’t see Availability, because they aren’t booked for appointments. Owners see every group.

There are two pages called Security. The one under Your preferences is your own sign-in security. The one under Team & access holds the rules for the whole clinic.

When you change a setting, an Unsaved changes bar appears at the bottom of the screen. Select Save changes to keep your changes, or Discard to undo them.

Banners

Banners across the top of the page tell you about your account:

  • During your free trial, a banner shows how many days are left. Owners can follow its link to choose a plan.
  • If your clinic goes over the patient limit on its plan, a banner tells everyone. Owners see a link to upgrade, and other roles are asked to talk to their clinic owner.

On a phone

On a narrow screen the sidebar is hidden. Select the menu button at the top right to open it. In settings, select Menu at the top of the page to move between settings pages.
