Clinicify is a clinic management system for UK private clinics. It brings your diary, patient records, lab results, patient questions and compliance checks into one place, with a patient portal carrying your clinic’s name and colours.

What you can do with Clinicify

  • Take bookings. Patients book online from your patient portal, and your team books appointments from the Bookings calendar. You can take a booking fee when you connect your own Stripe account.
  • Keep patient records. Each patient has a record with their details, appointments, forms, treatment records and lab results.
  • Send forms. Build consent, medical history and aftercare forms, and send them to patients automatically before or after an appointment.
  • Handle lab results. Upload a lab report, check the results Clinicify reads from it, then publish them to the patient’s portal.
  • Answer patient questions. Patients ask questions from the portal. Clinical questions are drafted for a clinician to review in the Q&A Queue, and nothing clinical is sent without approval.
  • Stay on top of compliance. Record daily, weekly, monthly and yearly checks under Checks, and see your evidence under CQC.
  • See how the clinic is doing. Owners can see revenue, appointments and retention under Insights.

Who uses it

Clinicify has three staff roles:

  • Owner: runs the clinic’s account, settings, team and billing.
  • Practitioner: sees patients and handles day-to-day clinical work.
  • Receptionist: helps run the diary and patient admin. Receptionists don’t use a seat on your plan.

Patients use the patient portal at your clinic’s own address, for example app.clinicifyapp.com/c/your-clinic. See Owners, practitioners and receptionists: who can do what for the detail.

Where to start

  1. Start your free trial and set up your clinic. The trial lasts 14 days and doesn’t need a card.
  2. Work through Your first week: a setup checklist.
  3. Learn the layout in Finding your way around Clinicify.
